1.  Description of Merchandise  

Size  and dimensions of items are all approximate, and will vary.
Pots listed on the website are for sale, unless noted otherwise.
The possibilities when forming and decorating by hand are virtually limitless resulting in ware that is unique and distinctive.
All the pots will remain the property of Pots by dePerrot until paid for, in full, by the customer.

2. Pricing Information  

Every effort is made to ensure that details in pricing are correct. 
Merchandise is packaged and shipped through USPS. 
Shipping charges are 10% of cost per item, and with a $6.00 minimum charge.

3. Ordering Procedure 

Orders may be placed through the shopping cart, or by stopping by the gallery. 
You may also choose to use our print order system. 
Your order will be sent by USPS, within 14 days of completion. 

4. Availability 

If at any time you would like to check availability of an item, please feel free to contact us.

5. Payment 
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. 
You may also pay by money order, using our print order system. 
All payments must be finalized before orders are shipped. 

6. Complaints Procedure 

Notify us immediately through the Contact Page upon receipt of your order, telling us about any damage.  
We will deal with your complaint promptly. 
If you are unhappy with your purchase please tell us immediately. 
We will accept returned goods in 'as new' condition.

7. Cancellation 

We allow seven (7) days in which you may review your order with us. 
Any cancellation of an order must be put in writing, via the Contact Page. 

8. Contract 

When buying through the website, the contract entered into is legally binding. 

9. Privacy Policy 

We collect and retain the details you supply to us. 
We do not sell your information to others.
If required by the Law of the United States, we will disclose the information you have voluntarily supplied. 

10. Mailing List 

Please send us your address details for inclusion onto our mailing list in order to receive information of Special Events, Private Viewing of Exhibitions, and Sale Days.
